Who Are We?
- We are a Community Arts Project based in Southwark with independent funding from The Social Innovation Partnership (TSIP) through the Open Collective.
- We create workshops to empower people to tell their stories and raise their issues.
- We enable them to do it through the visual arts, storytelling, poetry, drama and dance.
- Our workshops are fun, non-judgemental, welcoming, safe and open spaces often creating a greater sense of well-being and a real sense of achievement in all who participate.
- We aim to use a wide range of sensibly sourced and recycled materials that are kind to the environment.
- And together we will create platforms so these voices and visions are seen and heard by all, especially Southwark Council and the media.
Where are we doing our workshops?
We are running workshops in TRA halls and other community spaces in Southwark.

Topics of our workshops
The idea is that you come and share what concerns you, what is affecting your life today or just to enjoy yourself.
For example here are some of the issues expressed so far:
- The state of their housing.
- Problems of dampness and mould.
- Shoddy or no repairs.
- Private landlords or the Council not listening.
- Problems with their refuse collection and with rubbish.
- Not being heard by people in the Council/ or by their landlords.
- Not being understood when making complaints, or trying to fix problems.
Don’t you think it’s time for you to be seen and heard?
In summary, we want to promote compassion and understanding of people’s problems and circumstances.
